"Enoch walked with God 300 years, but not the 365 years he was alive."

Read Genesis 5 again. It said Enoch walked with God for 300 years after he begot Methusaleh. He begot him at age 65. So the 300 years after Methusaleh's birth were years that he walked with God. So at age 365, when he was taken, he was walking with God.

Gen 5:21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begot Methuselah:
Gen 5:22 And Enoch walked with God after he begot Methuselah three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters:
