Funny that the media wouldn’t want to expose this, since he’s somewhat conservative and has appeared on Laura Ingraham’s show occasionally. That in itself is odd! Has Ingraham mentioned anything about Hitchens’ hatred for all things religious?

Hitchens is only "conservative" insofar as he supports warmongering also favored by conservatives, and insofar as he sees through the more obvious failings of the left. Otherwise he's one of them.

Actually, I think the "hole in a sheet" reference was a reference to the legend that certain Orthodox Jews have sex through a hole in a sheet. It is a somewhat widespread legend (kinda like pop rocks and coke causing death), believed by many, but completely false.
