Almost half of Catholics go against basic tenets of their religion? REPENT!
I sometimes think people are just stupid.
Discouraging, isn’t it? How can they even call themselves Catholic?
How do you think it makes the faithful/orthodox Catholics feel. Disheartened for one emotion.
I learned the other night that a consecrated religious engaged in our Parish to coordinate Adult Faith Formation as well as a dear friend of mine’s brother who is a diocesan priest are both strong zerObama supporters.
When I asked the fellow who told me about the religious sister how this was possible, he said she told him she was ‘anti-war’.
I don’t know why I’m surprised, but it is very discouraging and it gives scandal to unsuspecting and under-informed Catholics and others in the culture.
