yes I did. It doesn't say Orthodox Churches are also catholic, even though they are not in communion with the Bishop of Rome, because they have valid clergy, and sacraments, and therefore "real" bishops. And where there is a (real) bishop, there is the Catholic Church. Thank you.

NB +Ignatius didn't say "where there is a bishop in communion with the Bishop of Rome there is Catholic Church." He said where there is a [true] bishop there is the Catholic Church.
