Quick current affairs quiz: In what country last month did a family have their cars vandalized, their daughter threatened and their house torched for attending the wrong place of worship? A) Saudi Arabia, B) Afghanistan, C) Pakistan, D) None of the above. The correct answer is “D” none of the above. This happened last month in New York in the hamlet of New Square. This tiny enclave is populated exclusively by Hassidic Jews mostly of the Skvere sect. That seems is where the trouble started.

This is wrong on so many levels. Intolerance, how did a community of 8,000 get 30 million in student aid, and Hillary really over paid for votes

This is an Orthodox Jewish community that seems to spend an inordinate amount of its time and resources making Orthodox Jews look bad.

Understand you are trying to make a point but being silly does not help.
In A,B and C people are beaten and murdered for worshipping in the wrong manner.

If this is true, this is a conspiracy to deny this man's civil rights; & I hope the Feds come down hard on this Rabbi & his thugs.

"This is wrong on so many levels."

Yes, it is.

First, if this is your own original writing, there's no need to excerpt it here. Why don't you give your fellow FReepers the courtesy of being able to read what you've written, without necessitating a side trip to your blog?

You seem to want to contribute to the discussion here. Why not engender some further good will by not excerpting for hits?

So you're saying these are the Westboro Baptists of Orthodox Judaism??

I don’t know the rules of these things, but if he has written it on examiner.com, doesn’t that mean that examiner.com has the ip rights, not the author? So, if he wants us to read the article, he still has to excerpt it on FR?

The examiner is a group blog - nothing more.

It is on the excerpt list at FR only because the examibloggers who post here are (for the most part) nothing but pimps.

I was honestly hoping that wasn’t the case with this poster.

To the posters Shibumi& cronos,

Yes I am the writer of the article/post/blog. I am not sure of the ramifications of also posting the entire article on Freerepublic. I write to get information out in a easy to understand way and I like to write. I only post articles that I think Freerepublic would enjoy or find interesting. I only get about a penny a hit so I am not getting rich from this. From now on I will post my entire article, what will examiner do fire me?
I apologize if it appears I am a blog pimp. Let me put on my big floppy hat and drive away in my pink Cadillac.

Well spoken.

If you post your stuff in full here, you’ll not hear a peep about your methods.

(Of course we still reserve the right to disagree on your content!)

Thanks;
And feel free to disagree. If no one disagrees with me I’ll get the feeling I am always right and smarter than everyone and then I’d be a liberal. (shudder)
