This is NOT a good idea. Firstly, you might not kill yourself, you might be rescued, and instead wind up a vegetable and be a burden to others for many years.
SUPPOSEDLY, the newest cars emit so little carbon monoxide that this won’t work at all!

Look, I have no intention of doing this, but I did have a family friend that did it back in the 60s.
I mentioned it as one cheap and common way that people did/do it.
Anyway, there are any number of ways to kill one’s self
very quickly and easily, without paying big bucks to a clinic.
Give the money to a charity, then go jump off a bridge.
Modern cars won’t kill you by CO.
A lawnmower will generally do a dandy job, though. Unless the garage has too high a ventilation rate.
