The Abomination of Desolation is the Jews resuming their sacrifices? You'll need to provide the supporting Scripture for that. Without the Scripture to validate that assertion, it looks like a replacement theology pep - rally chant.

There is no 7 years of tribulation and to prove that show me in revelation a seven year period.

Not every prophecy is in the book of Revelation. Here is a great site that lays it all out with the supporting Scriptures.

Of course, if you disagree, you'll provide the Scripture to support your denial of the Scripture that's on the site. That way we can contrast and compare.
