The following quote from the article is very telling: 'I remember asking the question once, “If you are so eager to preach the gospel of tolerance, how about tolerating me as a Bible-believing Anglican?” A senior clergyman who I was very fond of whispered in my ear in jest, “We use intolerance to shut up people like you so that we can get our agenda through.” I remember thanking him for his honesty.'

Satan will use anyone to stop God’s Word from being spoken - the gospel being spread. His tactic is control through intimidation.

The earthquake knocking off one of the four spires and the collapsing crane this past week have not escaped my notice.

Just sayin'

Jesus told us there would be many coming in His name that would be ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’. The Heavenly Father is keeping the ‘score’ in His book and that is Written as well. AND His Will, will be done with or without these ‘holy’ men.

Given this building recently lost some of its top I am not so sure I would want to be anywhere near this building.

I read in the press that a spokesman for the Southern Baptist Convention has appealed to President Obama not to attend the service as a protest for excluding evangelicals and Baptists who represent a third of the U.S. population.

Good for the SB Convention. I have often times found myself speaking up in "hopeless" situations, and people invariably ask me why do I bother. I always answer that the day I face my Lord and Savior, there's one thing He won't hold against me. He won't say "why didn't you say something about it?" I have no control over how people react to my words, but I do have control over whether I speak out or not.

Are Roman Catholic, Eastern or Oriental Orthodox Christians represented?

Mind you, I am opposed to interfaith services in any shape or form and that is why, in a previous blog, I stated that I was relieved that the mayor of New York spared us the agony of watching the One, True God of the Bible “worshipped” alongside false gods.

Then why does he care about the interfaith service at the National Cathedral? Had they invited evangelicals then by his own standards the evangelicals should have decline the invitation anyway.
