Really?… Whom the Lord hath chosen?
So when we have been cast down, even by the chastisement of the Almighty, consider not what others may think, say, or do.
You are of them – which the Lord hath chosen.
Though thinks look bleak, depression and grief are our companions, and the calendar is a frightful thing, it is not up to those who are against you to determine the ballot.
The lot has been cast by the deciding Factor, and the position is already ours. We only wait to deliver our acceptance speech.
Does this speak to people as a whole or nation or could it also be meant for a individual ?
Either. Whom God chooses, nothing and no one stops.
In addition, there is always a corollary - those who accept whom God has chosen, are protected by God.
Pity more people didn't understand these things - it would save a lot of waste.
God said to Abraham and to his seed “ Those who bless you I will bless and those who curse you I will curse and through you all the nations of the Earth will be blessed “ .
