Never liked the story of Job.God sounds like a smart alek,Where were you when I made the world?Who are you to question me?And replacing his children with more children?Sorry, apology not accepted. All God wanted to do was win a bet with the devil. Is that all we are in the end?Gambling chips in Gods poker game?

I must warn you that your soul is in peril if you insult God.

God's offer is there for all to either accept or reject, so no one has any excuse for not accepting his son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. For true believers, there is eternal life, and they are adopted sons of God the father, and as such God never abandons his own, he is always with them, comforting and protecting them, even in the worst hour of peril. Jesus' perfect sacrifice was offered as atonement for all the sins of God's elect, which cleanses them of their sin and makes them fit to be in the presence of God.

For those who reject God there is eternal separation from him. Which is what they say they want, so God rewards them as they wish.

It is rather arrogant to think that the Creator of heaven and earth would not be sovereign over his creation, to do with according to his own will. For what is built, the design and workmanship are up to the builder.

Insult God? Have you read the book of Job? Its all about a wager between Satan and God over how Job will react. Satan and God keep upping the ante. Read the story. Just a gambling game. Poor Job just a chip in the pile.

Was a very hard lesson for me to learn especially as an American when we do not bend the knee to anyone...man has always thought he controlled his own destiny...not so and it’s very hard to give up that idea and submit...even if it is to God....just not human nature to do it.
