Pat has been very cordial towards Catholics through the years unlike some others who share Pat Robertson's faith. I've been watching his show for about 25 years and haven't heard him mock Catholics yet and have seen many Catholics appear on his show. He's even done pieces about St. Patrick and St. Francis of Assisi.

Pray for Christian Unity and to love thy neighbor.

He is a former professor of history of ancient Christianity at the Catholic University of Milan. Father Cantalamessa’s life was transformed in 1976 when he was baptized in the Holy Spirit on a trip to Kansas City.

Uuugh, so does Father Cantalamessa believe in flopping around like a fish on the floor, barking like an animal, gold dust, and other such things, as the rest of the Kansas City prophets do?

the 700 club did a segment on Harry Reid when he became majority leader. It was very nice report but then Reid wasn’t well known for being a mentally deranged azzhat then.

It would be nice to get closer to Evangelicals. My experience with them from living in the South for a few years is that they are extremely hostile to Catholicism, but if they get to know you, they begin to moderate their opinions.

I think some of this is cultural, because much of the Evangelical movement comes from places that generally had very few Catholics, so their information came only from what some preacher or tract might tell them. Personal contact is probably the most important thing in this case.

I’ve been very edified over the years by Father Cantalamessa. He spoke here in Charlotte some years back. A cute but a bit difficult accent when speaking English, but he was very fervent.

AMEN!!! A HUGE Amen! I am thinking the days grow much shorter when God’s Church is reuniting! And greatly heartened by the thought!!! I am Baptist by preference, but I have no problem whatsoever in accepting a born-again Catholic as my brother or sister in Christ. This priest and his work make it just so much easier!!!

In Christ ALONE,

D. C. Wright

I watched the entire week of special prayer and speakers, the entire week of speakers available only on line that week are still available.

ALL speakers were fabulous I was blessed tremendously.

Am NOT Catholic but only Christian and really enjoyed the Preacher to the pope, was very powerful.

Catholics that are against the Charismatic wing of the Church would not like him...what they are missing

Yes Pat is very good 99.9 % of the time on the issues important to me

He does answer on air questions though and has respectfully disagreed with Catholic traditions and teachings not found in the Bible

Recently he has touched on purgatory etc

Today he lost me a bit on the age of the earth, but not going to stop watching, after all is not getting any younger
