Occidental College was founded as a Presbyterian school and remained so for decades. But things have changed. A few years ago, the cross was removed from the chapel because it supposedly offended non-Christians.

Ahhh yes, Obama’s alma mater. Guess they won’t have their accreditation threatened.

Interesting (removing the cross as it "might offend" non-Christians!)

We Christians are able to believe regardless of whether or not we "see a cross" as we hold it in our heart!

Non-Christians are offended not by "seeing a cross" but by the fact that there was a cross!
