Might be a bit of humor there...but really if they have to do this over and over again then surely “He leaves” along the way.
Therefore this catholic ritual itself opposes Christianity as Jesus died ONCE for all...and we are sealed by His Spirit. Doing re-runs flies in the face of that truth.
Only if one believes in the Bible.
Otherwise, you just have to sin, then sacrifice; sin, then sacrifice . . . at least the religionists of Jesus' time had real bodies and blood of bulls and goats. They didn't have to rely on transubstantiation to get a "sacrifice."
