Bingo. This rock star pope strains credulity concerning his faith. So he makes a token visit to Little Sisters of the Poor, will that be more important than a visit to a communist regime where he made no attempt to defend the poor, little sister, little brother, and big sisters and brothers? No.

I feel sorry for The Little Sisters OTP with their court battle but ‘nary a word has been said by the Pope about this- & this whole Pope Coming To America is a big charade imho.
The Vatican has some of the best lawyers in town,too- I highly doubt The Vatican has lifted a finger to help these nuns in their battle with Obamacare & it’s myriad regs & rules.
I’ll stand corrected if someone can show me otherwise.
He should go wherever Catholics are and he’s permitted to visit.

Think how much the poor Cubans are suffering! If I were Cuban, I would be so happy to know my religious came to my country. It would mean so much. He was offering true solidarity to the people, especially Catholics.
Oh, BTW, the Pope is the head of state of Vatican City. Vatican City has embassies in every country except Afghanistan, Bhutan, People’s Republic of China, North Korea, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Tuvalu. They do have diplomatic relations with Taiwan, which I think is pretty cool.
