I have a "Gun Control Law" that will work.
ALL law United States Citizens of LEGAL AGE (21 or older) who do NOT have a criminal record, MUST, I REPEAT, MUST carry a CONCEALED and LOADED firearm at ALL times.
If they are caught without a LOADED firearm on their person, they will be fined $100.00 for each offense.
IF they see a criminal act in progress, and they think they have an opportunity to disable the criminal, the MUST take action to stop the criminal.
DEADLY FORCE IS AUTHORIZED !
Now that's one "Gun Control Law" that WILL work !
One more Homeland Defense Law that might help:
All Terrorists killed in a terrorist attack, will be buried in a swine blood-filled coffin, NO EXCEPTIONS !
All Terrorists captured and found guilty of a terrorist attack, will be buried in a swine blood-filled coffin, NO EXCEPTIONS !

The sheriff in the county where the San Brenardino shoots took place. He went on TV and suggested that all those licensed to carry a gun do so, Did not see this mentioned on the CBS coverage tonight.
