There is nothing in your quotes about the population of heaven and, while hell may never be full, there will - following that broad condemation of human behavior - be an awlful lot of us there.
Going to heaven requires only 2 things: faith and belief in G_D. The rest is fixable.
The quote about the house being full is a parable clearly referencing Heaven. God will keep adding citizens to Heaven until it is full. Here is the full passage of that parable:

Now when one of those who sat at the table with Him heard these things, he said to Him, “Blessed is he who shall eat bread in the kingdom of God!”
Then He said to him, “A certain man gave a great supper and invited many, and sent his servant at supper time to say to those who were invited, ‘Come, for all things are now ready.’ But they all with one accord began to make excuses. There is a set number of people who will be in Heaven, which is a number only God knows or can count.
