I reject your premise. Why at the molecular level?
Why not at the (obvious) atomic level? Better yet, at the fundamental particles level?

Together, of course, with a controlling "database" mapping the reassembly. Think big.

But let's bypass the BS.
If there is an omnipotent God, by definition, anything is possible. Isn't that the essence of the word "omnipotent?"
