Oh, the charges are alleged...yet he gets fired.

If he did it, there is no limit.

Yes, there’s a limit. There’s a difference between losing your job (close to retirement) and being indicted and going to prison based on an incident that had happened forty years prior. Getting a conviction based on testimony forty years after an incident would be difficult...to put it mildly.
