No. He recognized the OT canon as did the Hebrews.
"The Hebrews" = a Jewish rabbinical school a century or more after the resurrection, whose rules for canonicity rule out the entire NT, as they were intended to do.
Their views on canonicity are binding on Christians ... why, exactly?
