Is this a Catholics only thread?
I was warned not to post on Catholic only threads because I am a former Catholic and apparently that makes me an apostate or a heretic or something.
Post to your heart’s content.... :-)
Thanks for your thoughtfulness. It’s marshmellow’s thread, and as he didn’t caucus it, what he says goes. After post 23, sheleighleigh law is what may be expected here—which is sometimes a fun way to spend a Saturday night.
You are still a Catholic. The mark of your Baptism on your soul is still there. All you have to do is sit down with a priest and get your questions answered.
Then you would no longer be an inactive Catholic.
Threads which are labelled “Caucus” threads in the title are only to have posters who are members of that “caucus.” Note that this is not a caucus thread.

“Religion Forum threads labeled Caucus
Caucus threads are closed to any poster who is not currently and actively a member of the caucus group.
For instance, if it says Catholic Caucus and you are not currently, actively Catholic, then do not post to the thread.
However, if the poster of the caucus invites you, I will not boot you from the thread.
The caucus article and posts must not compare beliefs or speak in behalf of a belief outside the caucus.
There is little to no tolerance for non-members of a caucus coming onto the caucus thread to challenge whether or not it should be a caucus. Gross disruption usually follows.”
And you are and idiot who picks their nose in public and farts in elevators; too!
It's only *Catholic only* if it says *Catholic caucus*.
Otherwise you are free to post.
And yes, as a former Catholic you will be uninvited in not so nice manner and escorted off the thread. Even when they tell you that once a Catholic always a Catholic and you have some sort of indelible Catholic mark on your soul form water baptism. And then encouraged to *cross the Tiber* and come back *home*.
As iowamark correctly quoted from the source , "Caucus threads are closed to any poster who is not currently and actively a member of the caucus group. For instance, if it says Catholic Caucus and you are not currently, actively Catholic, then do not post to the thread.
But which is not the same as what some RCs imagine, that ones baptized (sprinkled) Catholic you are always a Catholics, and that thus even inactive Catholics may take part in Religion Forum threads labeled Caucus. If that were allowed (without an invite) then we would not get booted off such since we are no longer Catholic and expose the deformation of it.
