His two novels are great reads too (waiting for the third) and his Naked Bible Blog podcast is a wealth of info and learnin’!
Read The Facade but could tell it was written by a scolar instead of a natural story teller.
Still, I enjoyed it.
Scholar, of course. I hate posting on my Kindle Fire for that very reason.

Agreed. The Portent was in similar fashion, but more intriguing
