I pray the LCMS, headquartered in St. Louis, stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the diocese on this matter. We may have split 500 years ago, but this is one doctrine among many on which we both agree.

The fetus, however, is dead and cannot be brought back. And the fetus is an individual human being as a DNA test would prove.

Good. The ordinance is clearly unconstitutional. They can’t just set up a protected class like that. (i.e. abortion advocates). This is not race, religion, color, etc. Defy defy defy. Civil disobedience
