ROFL.....suddenly, after 4+ years of innumerable, outrageous, "the Pope said what??" moments, he's now concerned about scandal? He's done nothing but scandalize faithful Catholics since the moment he was elected.

Seriously, anyone know the story behind this situation? The article says that the bishop was originally appointed by BXVI in 2012. Why did the diocese refuse to accept him?

Here's a little of the story:

Awka has 180 priests, 5 bishops one Cardinal. Mbaise has 750 priests, no bishop. Does it mean that the Holy Spirit does not see the Mbaise priests?
