If anything, Africa and the ME need to practice restraint. Their populations pressure the environment in those areas beyond its capacity to support people.

Between wars, drought and just plain pig-ignorance, they have too many people and are producing much too many more.

The Vatican should be addressing that fact and not embracing some fantasy about a replacement demographic that will erase western history forever.
