Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

Father God, we thank You for the mercy and grace that You have poured upon our lives. We thank You for Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Salvation and our Redeemer.

Father God, we lift up the leadership of this nation, and ask that they be filled more and more with Your Light, and that there be no room for darkness. We ask that they be filled with discernment and wisdom that comes from You. May they seek Your protection and blessings as they lead this nation back into Your fold.

Father God, we lift up the cultural leadership of this nation, especially the press or mainstream media. Father God, we ask that they be freed from the chains that bind them, causing them to deceive and rebel against You. Heal their blindness that they will see the corruption and the damage which they propagate. May they repent, be humbled, and seek Your Light.

Father God, this nation is in dire need of repair – all because we turned our backs on You. Lead us to serve You. May we seek to be One Nation Under God.

Thank You for Your abundant mercy and grace. Thank You for Your Son, in His name we do pray.

As as always, we pray for infant Charlie Gard and Rep. Steve Scalise. Also, praying for special Veteran, Fred, who has asked for healing of an old wound and we ask You watch over Sen. McCain that he goes onward learning more of YOU and Your plans for him.
