Heh heh. When I used to work in industry I’d get young engineers right out of college who would complain about how this high-school educated assemblers (all women, some minorities) wouldn’t do things the way he wanted. My answer was usually “she’s been doing her job a long time and she is good at it. If you want to be good at what you do someday, you’ll listen to her more and complaint less”.
The sad thing is the kids graduating with Navel Gazing Studies degrees today are probably far worse.
