The Greeks make today a special commemoration of our Lady's holy parents.

Unless I am mistaken, it is not just the Greeks, but Orthodox Christians everywhere.

Quite so. In Gueranger’s day (the mid-19^th century), “Greek” was synonymous with our contemporary “Orthodox”.
