But the track record of "those who see the warnings" is so poor. For centuries, now, every couple of decades, someone comes along claiming to know the mind of God, issuing apocalyptic warnings. In every instance, they've been dead wrong.
It never goes well for the mockers and the doubters.
Au contraire, the mockers and the doubters have been 100% correct - and it has always gone well for them. The poor fools who have quit their jobs, sold all their belongings, and waited on mountain-tops - For them, it has not gone so well.

Well you might have noticed that no one is quitting their job and selling their house this time. We are all preparing for the worst and praying for the best, just as Jesus told us to do. We are also studying the Scriptures and praying daily, because Daniel 12 tells us that “the daily” will be taken away 1290 before the abomination that causes desolation. That is 30 days before the start of the Tribulation.
