editor-surveyor is correct; Yoga is a spiritual exercise done without the protection of the Holy Spirit. While not quite “witchcraft” it is not appropriate or healthy (probably dangerous) for Christians to be opening themselves up to the supernatural realm in a theological manner that denies and defies Christ.

For the record, I have done yoga for years, mostly thru P90X. I have not done anything asking for me to pray or do any other mumbo jumbo. Its great stretching exercise and great for balance too. My flexibility has increased and I recover from sports and strenuous exercise quicker.

I have not done it in a church though.
