Our Unique Generation - The Technologies Of The Book Of Revelation
Prophecy News Watch ^ | PNW Staff

Since Christ first promised His disciples He would return, Christians have wondered if their generation is the one that would witness the fulfillment of that promise.

And probably every generation since has thought itself to be the last generation, basing their belief on the perceived or actual declining moral standards of society in their day.

Yet for all the speculation and hearsay, only one generation can be the final generation, and all the evidence points to ours.

For centuries, Christians have used anecdotal evidence, such as "things have never been so bad" or "look at all the evil in the world," as a basis for believing their generation was the last generation of this age. Yet very few biblical signs of Christ's return, if any at all, were present for these generations.

Roman has posted articles and editorials in the past that suggest that our current technology is either sufficient, or just about there, for the events of the Book of Revelation.

One such article pointed out that because technology seems to grow in such a logarithmic manner, if humanity were to endure for another 5, 10, or 20 years - the technology would be advanced beyond that which is described in Revelation. The point then being that we must to close to the Rapture and the Last Days.

This article seems to suggest that we have some time to go. Molecular printers and surveillance AI machines that can multiply like dust are some years away.

Myself, I hope we are near the Rapture.

I always pay extra attention during the Fall Feasts. When the Rapture did not occur, I admit to being disappointed. But I am not disillusioned.

God is in charge.

As I was working in banking in the mid-1980’s, on a floor with millions of dollars of IBM equipment (and other brands) I thought we had the ability to implement it then, once direst deposit got going.

And we are way, way past those days, technology-wise.
