Ever notice how ecumenicalism seems to come from the people who fancy themselves as being in charge of all of Christendom? funny how that works
"Ecumania" only broke out in the Catholic Church with the Second Vatican Council. Prior to that tragic event, the Church and its popes had only preached the "ecumenism of return" to the One True Faith. There was non of this nonsense of "journeying together" to find some kind of lost, phony unity (with the true unity of God's Church having never been lost).
