To make a good confession five things are necessary:
(1) Examination of Conscience; (2) Sorrow for having offended God; (3) A resolution of sinning no more; (4) Confession of our sins; (5) Satisfaction or penance.

That is true - but this is between the sinner and God - who is man to judge what God has forgiven. I agree there is great risk/danger for the repentant sinner, but this decision/judgement is not up to another man. God sent His Son so that we could be returned to the full relationship (communion) with Him enjoyed by Adam before the first sin. Who is man to stand in the way once Jesus has died to offer us mercy? Please, leave the judgment for God - that’s His job.
