Archbishop Vigano was responsible for setting up the meeting between Kim Davis (who refused to issue homosexual "marriage" licences in Kentucky) and Francis, to Francis' obvious displeasure and discomfort, when Francis visited the US. Shortly thereafter, Francis planted a size 10 on Vigano's posterior and he (Vigano) left the US.
