Yes very interesting! I have read that, and if the prophecies are imminent then the current landscape totally reflects those realities.

But what if the landscape changes for the better in the coming decade: Christians ascend to freedom and leadership in China?

Iran aka the former Persian Empire is currently experiencing massive protests against the Islamic regime which is predicted to fall...

And I am of hope that Russia will emerge post-Putin better and holier as well.

Erdogan is not appealing enough. Even among his own people, the support in Turkey is fragile - as is seen with all the attempted coups. An anti-christ would deceive even the righteous, I would think...

I don’t know who it will be, but for what it’s worth Amir Tsarfati points out that it can’t be a Muslim, since the Jews will believe that he is the Messiah and will never follow a Muslim. Makes sense to me.

I'm drawn to Daniel as he suffered to remain faithful to the Old Covenant in effect at that time and succeeded and chosen by God for setting it in writing. I should give it another read, too. Just to have more of it embedded in my mind and memory.

I'll have to see if jesus had anything specific to say about it as He did some Old Testament figures such as Adam, Noah, Jonah, David, others. I want to believe that Jesus believed all that literally so I must too. One telling thing He said was that God could raise up children of Abraham from stones. That suggests to me that God literally could create life from non-living material and, not only that, but not just any children, descendants of Abraham. Just a thought, am certain about some things but not everything.

Someone may soon emerge from the tech world...Silicon Valley — Elon Musk-style and claim to have the means to save humanity and take us to the far reaches of the galaxy and AI and all that jazz....you get the picture.

It is hard to say in terms of right now.

I mean, in practice: the latest Kim clan offering is literally worshipped as a religion in North Korea, but I don’t think the whole world will be following suit anytime soon.

For now, I cannot say.

But Soros, Putin, Xi Jinping are doing the most harm in terms of trying to sabotage a narrative where freedom and our precious values triumph.
