The man who plundered all of the country’s resources only to split the spoils among his crony oligarchs who stash their wealth in the West as much of his country continues to languish in poverty? The man who oversaw the most massive state-run doping paradigm in the Olympics and had its whistleblowers attacked (killed) or exiled?! (He and the Olympic IOC head are buddies by the way, which is why Russia is not getting severely punished.)

No I don’t care to live in Russia, ever. So you blame Putin and not the 20 richest Soviets stealing you natural resources? It goes deeper than Putin. He is and will be dealing with Stalinists for the next 30 years. He does understand his borders and now he will work the US because of the Syrian Ports.
