Everyone has the wrong idea about popes solving this problem. It’s systemic. The pope does not have the ability of an Executive. This is why Benedict insisted homos cannot be ordained. It doesn’t matter if they are “active” or not. Perverts, with children, boys or girls, are sick and most are incurable. Their mental deformation drives them to increasing sexual forays.
