I love cherries, that sounds great.
So do we. My wife and I made a pineapple upside/down cake yesterday. With large fresh cut pineapple rings and sweet cherries in center. It is a simple cake, It is totally gone this evening. Cut it into 6 big chunks, Whole ring of pineapple in each chunk. My 92 year old father ate a large chunk late yesterday afternoon and another this afternoon. It was a hit.
Tomorrow we are planning on making a homemade cheese cake. Topping will be a can of sweet dark cherries I bought last week.
