The Church doesn't need to reconcile itself with queers. But queers may very well want to reconcile themselves with the Almighty.
It's not God's job to come to sinners; He already did that in the form of his Son, our Savior. It is now the sinner's responsibility to come to God, through the precious gift He gave us.
Or to continue to wallow in sin and demand that God bend to you. And good luck with that.

The unregenerated are dead in their sins. A dead man can't save himself. It is only by the work of the Holy Spirit.
