Do you see Mary in the Old Testament?

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign. Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and his name shall be called Emmanuel. Isaias 7:14.

Is Mary alive at this point?

I have no idea what point he is trying to make. Prophecies of Christs virgin birth can be found in the OT. How does that make Mary someone that can save you?
