That was before Truro got into a mega lawsuit with the Diocese and ECUSA because Truro (and Falls Church and a few others) wanted to remain traditional Episcopalian as the main body was becoming ever more politically correct, as personified by the ordination of Bishop Gene Robinson. Truro ultimately lost that suit, and the Diocese won the property if not the worshipers.

At one point Truro aligned with the the African-based and more traditional Anglican communion, rather than the American. That may still be the case. We went there several times (never joined) before also turning to the Catholic Church.

There’s just no comparing the parish that Justice Thomas belonged to to today’s Episcopal parishes. The Anglican movement may the only saving grace or the church in the USA.
