No, but one political party works overtime to attack Jesus and the Gospel. One political party openly promotes sin and attacks anyone who preaches from the Bible.
The SBC doesn’t have a leader. It has over 45,000 churches who unite for missions and seminaries. And if I had my way, we would unite for missions and dump the seminaries. But no one has the right to speak on behalf of the SBC. 45,000+ independent churches.
I do not believe any earthly system is perfect. The rigid hierarchy of the catholic Church yields problems; the autonomy of Baptist congregations yields problems.
I have seen the abuses that result from either extreme approach.
