Duterte blames his country’s poverty on faith/Catholicism. He is also very pro-Putin, anti-American.
Gee I thought his countries poverty was because there just aren’t enough jobs, isn’t that why Filipinos leave their country in droves to work as laborers and domestic help in any country they can, and why so many of their women try to entrap American men with pregnancies so they can get to America and a green card?( I said some of the women, and don’t bitch at me over it. I personally know four men that had that shit pulled on them, including a close relative.)
