I almost wonder if various countries and regions will end up with their own guidelines and practices, causing more confusion as this settles in coming years?

That is pretty low if Frankie places the bar at making a decision at whether they "accept doctrines which contradict Christ and the teaching of the Church."

Looks like we are at the very same point the English bishops were during the days of Dictator Henry VIII.
