Neither statement about Mary is accord with Scripture.
Holding those theological beliefs, as they are meant to be held (that is, its not Mary worship!), doesn’t cause mortal sin, so this is departing from the topic - but thats ok because theres nothing more to say on that topic that hasnt been said 3 or 4 times here.
Those beliefs are not stated directly and explicitly in Scripture, but are alluded to there, and are backed up by tradition and reason, and dozens of learned men (not just the popes who declared them) (without pure 100% agreement of course) over centuries.
