Which is not the same as marriage counseling.

Single people have NO concept about what marriage is all about and are absolutely unqualified to prepare others for marriage.

Says no one in Scripture. The Bible never says you have to be married to help prepare Christians for marriage, or to have the spiritual gift of teaching.

But worse Metmom is those marriage counselors who have been married three times and divorced three times. Having made a mess of their lives they give trendy advice to impact others.

Then they don't love Christ and abuse His Grace if they formed a Christian marriage and divorced. Christ's commands on marriage is quite explicit; a person of age has the mental capacity to understand that. Modern era (Which is no excuse) be damned, people stayed together because they heeded the Word and societies that embraced the Word.

BTW, the Word is crystal clear, even for those who claim Sola Scriptura along with the other "Solas" that go with the Word.

Humility is the essential ingredient for all things, including marriage.
