Lets clarify that a bit. First off, Homosexuality is a behavior. Repeat, it is a behavior. So the identity is a behavior.

No alcoholic I know says he was born that way. No drug user says they were born that way. No thief says they were born that way. etc.

Now behaviors are complex but can be modified. We could get Hillary to stop lying if we gave her a shock every time she lied. Or we could give her a dog biscuit every time she told the truth but she might starve.

The best behavioral modification is the Holy Spirit...…….

Yes, homosexuality is an activity, it is a “do” and not a “who” (or even a “what”) ... homosexuality is not anyone’s identity, but they do make it out to be their identity just the same.

Just as if, as you point out, someone made murdering, thieving, or lying the cornerstone of their sense of self.
