He’s Father until the Pope or whatever local officials he answers to changes that. The Roman church owns him until it does something about it. Silence is consent.
The Church may still consider him a priest, but that matters little if his parishioners do not.
And yes, it is high time this pope spoke out about these travesties, or the Church faces a crisis it hasn’t seen since the Middle Ages.
But that, after all, is the goal of the godless legion that has invaded the See.
