More specifically, regardless that Congress has had more than enough time to exercise its 14th Amendment power to protect citizens like Jack Phillips from activist state actors by making punitive laws to discourage such actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights, here's the real problem.
Were still stuck with a corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that has a track record for wrongly remaining silent while state bureaucrats abridge constitutionally enumerated rights.
14th Amendment:

And Congress is showing its incompetence in an election year nonetheless!
The remedy for worthless Congress
Patriots need to pink-slip as many career lawmakers as they can in the 2018 midterm elections. They do so by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day, new lawmakers who will be willing to support Pres. Trump in draining constitutionally enumerated rights-ignoring state officials out of the swamp.
I guess I am a bit confused in the sense that I never heard of anyone filing a lawsuit over a complaint. Although the story does not mention it I would say that it must be a complaint that was accompanied by some kind of legal threat against the baker. Why not put that in the story? This all makes no sense with out it.
