SCOTUS was clear. This should be thrown out.

Lawfare is a crime, and this attorney should be removed from the bar.

What does one do if the State continues to ignore a Supreme Court ruling. If the rule of law becomes a farce, it leaves only anarchy and vigilantism.

The baker probably wants to just move out of that area, but where to? What areas of the USA have not yet been ruined by the Liberal Mandate? Not as easy to name them as you may think.

One solution for him will be to TAKE CAKE ORDERS ONLINE ONLY, and sell only what he wants to display and produce.

This system seemed to work for The Red Hen, the eatery that threw Sarah Sander out. At least for a while, they only took customers via reservation, and private party.

There should be legal protection for this business from being harassed like this.

There are probably 30 places in the area that could have made the LGBTQPP cake for it.

The WA flower arrangement case is still in the tube at SCOTUS. If she wins, it will likely take some pressure off the CO baker.

Make the cake. Use Sugar Free Haribo Bears in the icing.

Easy. Just print out the SCOTUS Majority Opinion and enter it as official court record.

The fine against those filing this lawsuit should be beyond comprehension. Why can’t the USSC hold them in contempt.

The main problem with Masterpiece Cakeshop is not anti-Christian state actors imo.

Consider that all roads of corruption in federal and state governments lead to Congress imo.

More specifically, regardless that Congress has had more than enough time to exercise its 14th Amendment power to protect citizens like Jack Phillips from activist state actors by making punitive laws to discourage such actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights, here's the real problem.

We’re still stuck with a corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that has a track record for wrongly remaining silent while state bureaucrats abridge constitutionally enumerated rights.

14th Amendment:

And Congress is showing its incompetence in an election year nonetheless!

The remedy for worthless Congress …

Patriots need to pink-slip as many career lawmakers as they can in the 2018 midterm elections. They do so by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day, new lawmakers who will be willing to support Pres. Trump in draining constitutionally enumerated rights-ignoring state officials out of the swamp.

You know, if no one had said a thing about why they wanted the cake pink inside and blue outside he'd probably have done the cake. They want the court battle.

I guess I am a bit confused in the sense that I never heard of anyone filing a lawsuit over a complaint. Although the story does not mention it I would say that it must be a complaint that was accompanied by some kind of legal threat against the baker. Why not put that in the story? This all makes no sense with out it.

Does anyone really want a “transition cake?” Geez...

How about a pedophile cake, porno cake..etc. etc.

Yeah, this is a set-up and where does it stop?

“When do you need the cake?” 2 weeks?” “ “Sorry that style cake will take 4 weeks.”

“That type of cake will cost you $750.” Sub it out to another baker.

I would make a game of it. I would bake it and drop it while handing it over. Accidents happen.
