Can a throne of corruption be aligned with You—planning distress by decree? They band together against the life of the righteous, and condemn innocent blood. But THE LORD has been my fortress and my God the rock of my refuge. He will repay them for their wickedness, and will annihilate them in their evil. (Ps. 94:20-23)

Dear LORD GOD ALMIGHTY…Mighty is Your Arm, strong is Your Hand; Your Right Hand is Exalted. Righteousness and Justice are the foundation of Your Throne; Mercy and Truth go before You. Blessed are those who know the joyful sound, who walk, O LORD, in the Light of Your presence.…(Ps. 89:13:15). We come before YOUR HOLY PRESENCE this day, preparing our hearts and prayers according to Your Word, as we bring our Nation’s Election concerns before You. LORD, can a throne of corruption be aligned with You. Never. LORD GOD, we see our nation in turmoil. We see corruption on every corner of the cycles of our elections. Bribes, lies, hidden agendas. LORD, the outcome being, people suffer at the hand of those who hearts are bent toward evil. And forbid it to be please, that the deviant and corrupt should take the place of governing this Nation LORD. We ask for election result Mercy so that unrighteous laws may be overturned, protecting the innocent. We pray that our Constitutional Laws will be upheld, protecting our people against all forms of tyranny. We pray for our soldiers, our police, our first responders, our firefighters, all the blessed servants of the people of our Nation, may they know the assurance of Your Presence as their Fortress and Rock of Refuge.

The LORD reigns, let the earth rejoice; let the distant shores be glad. Clouds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and Justice are His throne’s foundation. Fire goes before Him and consumes His foes on every side (Ps. 97:1-3) As for the workers of iniquity LORD, we submit our prayers to You in faith. LORD, You are Holy and Just, and their outcome and their destiny belongs to You. For ultimately we know, “Christ must reign until He humbles all His enemies beneath his feet”, (1 Cor. 15:25) may it begin even now as the earth awaits the return of its KING, and it is in HIS NAME, that we pray. Amen.

LORD: We wait for You in the path of Your judgments. Our desire is for Your name and renown. . . for when Your judgments are in the land, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. (Isa. 26:8-9)

Thank you for joining in prayer today for our Nation. I ask please that a quiet special prayer be added for a family in my town whose American hero had succumbed to depression and addition to pain killers by taking his life. May the LORD's hand of Mercy and Comfort touch his wife and children in ways that only we know He does, far reaching through those who can comfort them. Amen.
