A story came out yesterday about how three of Bergoglio’s most corrupt cardinal friends (McCarrick, Danneels and Maradiaga) made phone calls to other cardinals from the Honduran Embassy ( Maradiaga is from Honduras) urging - and probably bribing and threatening - them to support Bergoglio.
Personally, I think the resolution of all of this may be in finding that Bergoglio was not validly elected. And then we get to start over again, but only after having removed the evil cardinals that he created and or promoted.
You aren’t alone by any means. Pray for the Cardinals of JP II and B XVI. There are 59 electors left from this group, with 16 of them being under 70. The group appears to be, shall we say, mixed.

That was my take, as well. Obama himself just isn’t smart enough. And way more interested in playing the links than following thru on so complex a maneuver.
It was reported by Damian Thompson, I believe, but I don’t know where he got it from. It appears to have been sort of an open secret.
My personal hope is that his election will be found invalid.
